China Club

The London Confucius Institute China Club (LCICC) is a social club by voluntary membership that aims to assist with the learning of Chinese, the promoting of understanding of China and Chinese culture and society, and the enhancing of cultural and educational exchanges between Britain and China through its various activities for its members.

Membership

LCICC membership is free to SOAS students, but others are welcome and can join by paying a once-only £25 joining fee (£15 for registered students at the time of application). LCICC's activities are open to the general public, but LCICC members have priority for registration for programmes (generally it is on the first come, first serve basis), and enjoy a discount on some activities (such as dinner speech, film showings and organised study trips).

To join, download the application form, fill it in and send it to us, or email us at lci@soas.ac.uk.
